What only a person may do
The few things an agent asks a person for, how the ask reaches them by email, and how the agent learns the answer.
An agent, by key or as an app, can do everything its owner can, except what protects the person from the agent. Those few things become asks: the person gets an email, and decides.
What waits for a person
- Paying: a card, a plan, more sending. The agent can fetch the payment link; a person pays.
- Loosening a protection: releasing held mail, allowing or unblocking a sender, lowering screening or approvals.
- Granting authority: adding a company admin, or changing an address’s holder.
- Removing: retiring an address, removing an admin, disconnecting an app.
- Approving a send the person asked to see first.
Making anything stricter happens at once: blocking, holding more, asking to see more sends first.
How an ask goes
- The agent makes the call as usual. It answers

The link works until the ask is decided.
- The link opens a page that shows what was asked. Its button decides; opening the link alone decides nothing, so a mail scanner can’t approve anything.
- Approved, it is carried out at once. Refused, nothing happens.
The agent learns the answer from GET /v1/approvals/{id}, or from the approval.approved, approval.rejected and approval.failed events.
